CD Burner 98 is a free way to burn a CD online— no drive, no blank discs, all of the ritual. Search real songs, stack them on a virtual CD-R, watch the laser write your mix, then share the finished disc with anyone. It's the mixtape experience of 1998, minus the buffer underruns.

How to burn a CD online in 3 steps

  1. Select music — search any song or artist and add tracks until the 74-minute disc is full.
  2. Label your disc — name the mix with a marker, sign it, and pick a disc color.
  3. Burn & share — hit Burn, let the laser do its thing, then send the share link or QR code.

No physical disc comes out of your screen — your mix CD lives at a share link instead. The nostalgia, however, is 100% real.
